I watched it til the lawsuit reading and skipped to 21:40 and watched the rest. I liked when Rossman talked about iirc how hyperbole language doesn’t equal matter of fact language. The hyperbole language was stuff like ‘the worst hotel ever’. I don’t remember tht well.

Around the last ~5 mins i was trying to connect what meets the legal standards of defamation in the video to the most recent [Hackethal situation](https://discuss.criticalfallibilism.com/t/dennis-hackethals-website-veritula-is-worse-than-plagiarism/2132). It seemed that meeting the legal standards of defamation had more to do with reviews and businesses selling their product.
