Dface's Discussion of "Judging and Fixing Your Own Errors"

I wanna think of some examples to look for goals that fail or succeed:

Let’s say im making a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. I run into the error of dropping the spoon on the floor. I can’t use that spoon hygienically now. That error doesn’t cause failure at the goal of use another spoon in my cabinet. I don’t know why but I feel like im confusing goals with plans here.

Let’s say my goal is to make a pb and j again. I’m out of peanut butter. There’s an error I think of being out of peanut butter. Which goals does this error not cause failure at? Idk but I know the goal of using my pb fails cuz of the error…Wait I think the goal of making a pb & j with my current materials fail… That’s interesting that saying “my current materials” tells me to do something about them. I think that’s my goal guiding me where I can make improvements. Also the proper word is ingredients i think.
