Can I explain this to a friend? How would I do that? I think I would talk about a relatable example, like something they already do so they can understand.
If my friend worked in fast food I would tell them this: So an error is when you make a mistake. Like, you forget to start the fryer with the food inside or you give the customer the wrong drinks. What the article is saying that if you don’t fix these kinds of errors you make then you’re going to keep making them. You’re going to keep forgetting to do stuff or you’re going to keep reading the directions wrong. Your goals are to read stuff correctly not just give the correct drinks to the customer.
