I’m a bit confused about what you’re talking about here. “Had to clarify to me this” has grammar/typo error. Also, I think you meant “seem” instead of “seen.”

Whenever only “Hank” or “Rearden” is used in AS it’s actually a shorthand for “Hank Rearden”, they’re always referring to the specific person which is Hank Rearden.

If so, then at the time of writing:
