For those who donāt know, Dennis Hackethal did the official translation of The Beginning of Infinity by David Deutsch from English to German.

I particularly like the second half where Rossman replies to the lawsuit and talks about why the review doesnāt meet the legal standards for defamation. You can watch the start then skip ahead to 21:40 whenever you get bored. The lawsuit reading was the least interesting part of the video IMO and it should be reasonably understandable even if you skip.
Rossman is apparently offering YouTube reviewers $10,000 of legal help if they stand up to legal threats instead of taking their videos down. (Iām not sure if that was a one time offer to the next person or a recurring offer.)
I watched it til the lawsuit reading and skipped to 21:40 and watched the rest. I liked when Rossman talked about iirc how hyperbole language doesnāt equal matter of fact language. The hyperbole language was stuff like āthe worst hotel everā. I donāt remember tht well.
Around the last ~5 mins i was trying to connect what meets the legal standards of defamation in the video to the most recent Hackethal situation. It seemed that meeting the legal standards of defamation had more to do with reviews and businesses selling their product.
Amaro Koberle defamed me on behalf of Hackethal. He necroed a 3 year old topic on a website thatās not for this kind of drama.
Koberleās one post (as opposed to comment) on the EA forum is LLM writing, which he only disclosed in comments after being caught, where most people wonāt see the disclosure:
