I get it now why you want to automatize dealing with easy problems. I was thinking this quote was a direct response to how to deal with perfectionism mentioned a few paragraphs ago. But because now I learned about the impact of solutions and knowing those in retrospect, I see the connection of the quote to the ideas.
I think the paragraphs before the quote above explain the problem, and now the quote above provides a solution for perfectionism.
