People need a process by which they fix errors, fix patterns of errors, automate the better ideas, and get to the point that it’s really easy to stop making those errors. The goal of problem solving and improvement is ease not just being able to do the right answer when trying really hard. Making the right answer natural, intuitive and habitual is the goal.
Being able to fix errors just by trying really hard isn’t sustainable cuz you can’t try really hard all the time on everything.
