I think answering the questions above are the impacts that your solution will have before you know the solution to your problem/error.
The first question asks what will go wrong if you ignore the issue. Those are like costs if you ignore an issue. You don’t know the impact your solution will have because you don’t know the wrong from ignoring the issue.
When you answer the second question, “What benefits will you get from this solution,” you figure out what are the upsides to your solution. Idk how this relates to knowing the impacts of your solution. At least not before finding the solution to the problem/error. I think I kind of see it.
I think the third question is learning about the impact your solution will make. You know if it’s gonna work and if you’re gonnna need to come up with a back up. I think you don’t know yet if you’re solution is gonna have the impact of solving your problem. If it’s gonna even work.
The last sentence talking about knowing the results in retrospect tells me that you don’t know the impact of your solution. If you solved your problem/error with a solution, I think you know the solution to those. You know the solution cuz you know the impact it has. You know if it’s going to even work. You know if the solution has benefits. You’ll know how bad the issue is if you ignore it.
