Just for philosophy? Hmm. Nah. Maybe philosophy would take longer then some things. I guess it depends whats meant by big results. But a lot of things require a lot of time to get big results.
wdym by practice sessions? practicing the pre-requisites in this context?
By “practice” I mean intentional practice. A practice session means having a chunk of time where you’re practicing something on purpose and you have a conscious goal of practicing and an idea about what you’re practicing and how you’re practicing it.
Sometimes people do an activity a lot, e.g. playing Overwatch games, and they get practice in some sense or at least experience, but they never practice anything specific on purpose. Other people do aim training or other things as intentional practice.
