What does “after all” refer to? I assume it’s about some sort of doubt you mentioned earlier in this topic but I don’t know how to quickly find it.
Great. That was my goal. I’ve been unable to get much discussion of it though.
I don’t know of anyone making any sort of similar philosophy analysis (including without the trees and grammar parts, and including in text form not just video). It’s something I’d like to see more of in the world. I think this high effort analysis is important to evaluating intellectuals and ideas.
An example of something kind of similar is Hazlitt’s book-length rebuttal to Keynes: The Failure of the New Economics - Wikipedia
Another is Godwin’s book-length rebuttal to Malthus: Of Population. An Enquiry concerning the Power of Increase in the Numbers of Mankind | Online Library of Liberty
I think neither of these books was very influential, and proponents of Keynes and Malthus largely didn’t feel the need to answer the rebuttals (and audiences largely haven’t minded the lack of counter-rebuttals).
