Relating CF to Video Games[Dface]

Here’s a quote from Judging and Fixing Your Own Errors:

I wanna try to think about goals like how CF looks at. I think they’re clear goals. I wanna do this in minecraft

Rn im deep in a cave at -18 y coordinate. That’s the depth like up or down.

I was thinking about making clear goals and finding errors that matter. I was thinking about finding amethyst rq while finding coal to make a telescope. It’s just taking a long time to find an amethyst geode for amthyst.

I thought maybe the telescope would help me see from longer distances to spot a fortress in the nether. Honestly idk if it’ll even help much.

One of my goals it seems is to make a telescope. I think that’s part of the goal of finding a fortress in the nether. I think that fortress goal may be a little unclear cuz how do I judge if not finding a telescope is an error?

I think a part of the fortress goal is look at far distances to spot a fortress. I thought cuz Im looking at far distances then maybe using a telescope would make that easier to do.

Honestly that’s a goal that I might not have to pursue. Even if I don’t have the telescope and fail at the goal of looking from far away, that doesn’t cause an error for the goal of “traverse the nether at a fast rate.” I think that goal’s unlcear too tho. I think I might fail at it too. I want to traverse the nether faster cuz it’s so much work to mine thru netherite and find a new area where the fortress may be. I was thinking maybe I can walk across the lava somehow to make traversing faster.

I think there’s two things I could do: I could focus on seeing far enough so I don’t have to travel so much, or maybe i can traverse the nether faster so I can find new areas where a fortress may be

My question is how does a telescope even work in this game? Like how far can you see with it? Can you see past the chunk generation? I don’t think I care about looking stuff up. I was abouta go to creative mode to see how the telescope works anyways
