This follows the principle that as you approach a maximum limit, things get harder. Then it’ll make sense to push your CF skill closer to your prerequisite skill level. If you’re at 90 on prerequisites and 70 on CF, it’s easier to gain a CF point than a prerequisites point (CF is 20 away from a maximum limit, while the prerequisites are only 10 away).

I’ve seen the concept of diminishing returns in video games. I think that’s when each return lessens and you dont get as much back. Maybe not each consecutive return is less than the last one, but over time it is.

I think learning prerequisites will maybe get slower as you approach 100. Your CF skills wont lag as much and so things will get harder. You wont get to learn so much like you did before. You could still cycle, but it wont yield such a big return like it did before.
